Michael Jell
Michael Jell is a professional artist from Vernon, British Columbia.
The beautiful mountains, sparkling lakes, sunny summers and snowy winters create interesting and diverse landscapes. His appreciation of these areas have resulted in a number of landscape and wildlife paintings expressing the beauty of the Okanagan area. He has won several awards at National and Regional juried shows where he has won People’s Choice and Best of Show. The BC Wildlife Federation chose the Great Grey Owl painting, awarding him Artist of the Year in 2012. He has been featured in professional art publications where his work was chosen for the front page of Art Avenue, a publication of the Federation of Canadian Artists. In 2013 Spirit Dancer was juried into the Calgary Stampede Showcase auction. Michael’s paintings have been collected internationally and are located in Asia, Europe, United States of America and Canada.
